Hello and welcome!

I am an Integrative, Arts-based Psychotherapeutic Counsellor offering creative support to children and young people in Bedford and online. This means I use different mediums and methods, tailoring my work to each individual.

Before training as a counsellor I worked in various educational settings, including nurseries and schools, mostly supporting children with additional needs. 

​

I began my journey as an Arts-Based Child Counsellor in 2012 and part of the training required me to work in placement in various settings including schools and organisations with children of all ages. I have been gaining qualifications and experience ever since.

 

Part of my role as counsellor requires me to keep updated with the latest theories and neuroscience as well as relevant continued professional development. This supports and informs my work in the best way possible. I have regular supervision to assist me in supporting others.

 

As a registered counsellor with BACP (reg no. 390056) I can offer you a professional and individualised service with a creative and gentle approach to wellness and wellbeing for your child.
